History
Bombardier began producing the Global 7500 in 2018 and still builds it today. Two General Electric Passport turbofans take it to a cruise speed of 516 knots (956 km/h) and a ceiling of 51,000 feet while keeping emissions low. The cabin runs 16.59 metres and is 2.44 metres wide, enough for four separate living areas and a dedicated rest compartment for the crew, so passengers and crew keep their own space on long sectors.
With 7,700 nautical miles of range, the aircraft can connect Singapore and San Francisco, or New York and Hong Kong, without stopping for fuel. Bombardier fitted it with its Nuage seat and extra-large cabin windows, and interiors are finished to suit each owner, so layouts differ from one aircraft to the next.

FAQ
What separates the Global 7500 from the smaller Global 6500?
Mainly range and cabin size. The Global 7500 is rated for 7,700 nautical miles (14,260 km), while the Global 6500 covers about 6,000 nautical miles (11,112 km). The 7500 divides its cabin into four living zones, where the 6500 has three. Avionics and comfort systems are similar on both, so the choice usually depends on how far you need to fly without a stop.
How far can the Global 7500 fly before it needs fuel?
Its range with IFR reserves is 14,260 km, or 7,700 nautical miles. That puts New York to Hong Kong (about 12,955 km) and Los Angeles to Sydney (about 12,074 km) within a single sector. For a route near the limit, our advisors confirm the planned payload and routing with the operator before the trip is booked.
How does the Global 7500 compare with the Gulfstream G700?
The two are closely matched. The G700 is quoted at 7,750 nautical miles (14,353 km) against 7,700 for the Global 7500, and each offers four living zones with cabin wellness systems. The Bombardier is a little longer overall and the Gulfstream marginally wider, which gives each cabin slightly different proportions. On a given date, availability and positioning often decide between them.
What does the Global 7500 offer for comfort on a very long flight?
The Nuage seat reclines to a zero-gravity position that takes pressure off the body. Many aircraft also have Soleil circadian lighting, intended to reduce jet lag, and cabin air passes through the HEPA filters of the Pũr Air system. These features count for most on sectors of twelve hours or more, where sleep and air quality shape how you feel on arrival.
How is the Global 7500 cabin usually laid out for charter?
Four zones is the usual arrangement: lounge, dining, entertainment and a private stateroom with a bed. Some aircraft add a full galley and a stand-up shower. Standard seating is 14, with certification for up to 17, and there is room for around 16 suitcases plus the same number of carry-on bags.
