1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), which One Stop Creative Agency (“OSCA”, “we”, “us”) publishes as a spec website. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site demonstrates OSCA’s design and development work. It presents Hesper Jets, a fictional private jet charter brand. Hesper Jets is not a real company and does not trade. The Legal Notice explains in full what on the Site is invented.
3. No services and no contracts
No flights, charters, memberships, accounts or other services are available through the Site, and no contract for any of them can be formed through it. These terms are the only terms that apply to your use of the Site. Prices, availability, figures and descriptions on the Site are illustrative. Buttons and forms that would, on a real website, request a quote, open an app store listing or take a booking are demonstrations only.
4. Forms
The quote form checks your entries in your browser and then shows a confirmation screen. It does not send, store or share what you enter, and no one receives it. Please do not use it to try to arrange travel.
5. Using the Site
You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial interest and to assess OSCA’s work. You must not use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, or present any part of it as a real service.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, generated imagery and code of the Site are © 2026 One Stop Creative Agency. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them, in whole or in part, without our written permission, except for brief references with credit to OSCA. Aircraft manufacturer and model names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the aircraft described.
7. Links
The Site links to OSCA’s own social media profiles and website. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
8. Liability
The Site is provided as is, for demonstration, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSCA is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or take the Site down at any time. The date of the latest version appears above.
10. Law and contact
