Who we are
This spec website (the “Site”) is published by One Stop Creative Agency (“OSCA”, “we”, “us”). Hesper Jets, the brand the Site presents, is fictional and does not collect or hold any information. Where this policy refers to personal data, OSCA is responsible for it.
Information you type into the Site
The quote form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the Site checks the fields and shows a confirmation screen. Your entries are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not stored. They are cleared when the confirmation appears or when you leave the page.
Cookies and similar technology
The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It stores one value in your browser’s session storage to remember that you dismissed the notice at the bottom of the screen. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab. Fonts are served from the Site itself, so loading a page does not contact a font provider.
Server logs
If the Site is hosted online, the hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to keep the service secure and working. We do not use this information to identify you.
If you contact us
If you email or call OSCA using the details on the Site, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you and to discuss work you ask us about. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and do not sell or share it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, email hello@onestopcreativeagency.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example if the Site gains a working form. The date of the latest version appears above.
