For frequent flyers

Hesper Reserve

Hesper Reserve is for people who fly privately several times a year and companies that move teams at short notice.

After you fund the account, each flight is confirmed against your balance, without a new contract or payment each time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Fund your Reserve

Agree an opening balance with your advisor. It is held in a segregated client account and remains yours.

  2. 2

    Fly on confirmation

Each quote you accept is drawn from the balance, so a booking can be confirmed in minutes, at any hour.

  3. 3

    Top up or close

Add funds when you need to. Close the Reserve whenever you like and the unused balance is returned to you.

What members receive

  • Priority sourcing

When aircraft are scarce, such as school holidays, major events and peak ski weekends, Reserve trips are sourced first.

  • Empty legs, first

First access to empty-leg flights (aircraft repositioning without passengers), at member rates.

  • One statement

One itemised statement a month, which finance teams can reconcile flight by flight.

  • People who know you

A named advisor and a deputy who know your preferences, from the catering to the dog's travel papers.
